3 years ago, my daughter, then aged 21, had a spontaneous pneumothorax. She had months of pain, shortness of breath, numerous xrays, numerous CT scans, and even a (errorneous, we believe) diagnosis of Lupus.

Several months after her initial sp, she again had pain for several months, but it resolved on it's own.

She's now in her first semester at vet school, and guess what.... the pains and shortness of breath have returned.

Had an xray today, but no results so far. Frustrating.
